Walk-ins and Instagram DMs did not scale. Staff needed fewer interruptions while clients needed clearer expectations around deposits, cancellations, and prep.
Solution
A progressive booking flow with honest copy, transparent pricing, and reminders that feel human—not robotic. The design system extended to in-studio tablets for check-in.
Results
No-show rate fell after clearer policy screens, and front-desk load eased because clients arrived already oriented. The brand’s visual language stayed intact across web and in-person touchpoints.
